Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been processed or dispatched.

After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
2. Returns & Refunds
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, personal care and wellness products are non-returnable and non-refundable once opened or used.
Refunds or replacements will be considered only under the following conditions:

The product was leaking or broken on arrival
3. Reporting an Issue

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests received after 48 hours may not be eligible for resolution.
4. Refund Approval & Processing

Once your request is reviewed and approved, a refund or replacement will be initiated.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error occurred from our side.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

Change of mind or personal preference

Incorrect address provided by the customer

Failed delivery due to customer unavailability

Minor variations in colour, texture, or fragrance due to natural ingredients

Delayed delivery caused by courier partners or external factors
6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or incorrect products, subject to verification.

No exchanges are offered for opened or used items.
